(CONVERSE) red - Macbeth

Another model made for the Project(RED) initiative [help for the global AIDS fund] of the Converse company.

The Macbeth model shoe is inspired by the famous line from Shakespeare’s play “Macbeth” (act V, scene 1), in which Lady Macbeth while sleepwalking tries to wash nonexistent blood from her hands.

Lady Macbeth.
“Here’s the smell of the blood still: all the perfumes
of Arabia will not sweeten this little hand. Oh, oh, oh!”

Are these manufactured? I would like to have a pair.

I've fallen in love. It's breathtaking. Do you plan on putting it on the market?

Well, no. Not for the time being.
This design was not accepted for manufacturing because it was too hard 'n' heavy for Converse. Although the RED collection is made for a hard 'n' heavy cause, AIDS.

I'm so in love with those shoes. I'm an English major and Macbeth has been an inspiration to me.. I'm a fan of Converse chucks and I feel disappointed that they're not considering it. Those are a dream made to reality!
